Job Description

Salary: $138,320 - 148,720 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment.
• Experience with SharePoint and common project management tools, including Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.
• Experience managing project risks, including identifying risk triggers and addressing risks affecting project plan tasks.
• Ability to create and document project management artifacts and key documents.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting to executive management; effective listening and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Project planning experience, including estimating effort for technical tasks and allocating resources.
• PMI certification required; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare claims IT projects is preferred but not required. Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience is also preferred.

• Manage multiple IT projects under the direction of the CIO or their designee.
• Help develop business requirements.
• Build project plans and execute work according to those plans.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Report project status and strategies orally and in writing.
• Work with staff, management, team members, internal and external organizations, and vendors to gather and manage information for project and portfolio plans, metrics, reports, and project documentation.
• Engage with the business to understand project details beyond schedule management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
