This is a licensed Starbucks location, and you will be employed by Hyatt. What You'll Do - Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items to brand standards
- Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to every guest
- Take orders accurately and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and equipment
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Starbucks operating procedures
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create a welcoming environment that reflects both Starbucks and Hyatt service standards

Qualifications What We're Looking For - Previous barista, coffee shop, or food & beverage experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn Starbucks recipes, standards, and systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
