Job Title: Influencer Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (75% work from home, occasional in-person support)

Hours: Part-time | 4 hours per day, mostly in the morning or early afternoon

Compensation: Starts at $21/hour

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Assistant to support day-to-day operations and collaborations for a growing lifestyle and content creation brand. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating projects, and has a passion for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Assist in managing content calendars, brand deadlines, and deliverables.

• Track ongoing campaigns and ensure timely execution.

• Keep digital files, contracts, and communications organized.

Brand Communication:

• Reach out to potential brand partners and respond to inbound collaboration inquiries.

• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content approvals with brands.

• Maintain a tracker of partnerships, payments, and performance.

Social Media Support:

• Help with planning and posting Instagram Stories and TikTok shoppable videos

• Draft captions, organize hashtags, and monitor engagement.

• Assist in light photo/video editing and uploading content as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable with email outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and/or similar tools.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Previous experience with influencer marketing, PR, or social media is a plus, but not required.
