Patient & Family Services Specialist

Aurora, CO | On-Site | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform visitor check-in procedures and health screenings.
• Verify visitor authorization and issue visitor badges.
• Assist guests with navigation and wayfinding throughout the facility.
• Provide information and support to patients and families.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient visitor management process.
• Professionally de-escalate challenging situations and resolve concerns.
• Support a positive patient and family experience across the organization.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emotionally charged situations.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, patient services, guest services, or customer support.
• Experience handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Occasional weekend support as needed
• Availability for call-in coverage with advance notice

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO 80045.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
