Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology
• Over 7 years of practical experience in IT, particularly in networking and cybersecurity
• Minimum of 3 years in IT leadership or management roles
• Solid knowledge in managing network operations, firewalls, VPNs, routers/switches, and endpoint security
• Familiarity with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) is highly desirable
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP/project management systems is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated track record in IT project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in managing and liaising effectively with external vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills

• Supervise and maintain the IT network infrastructure across the organization
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to security protocols and industry best practices
• Identify and address cyber risks and vulnerabilities
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, with a focus on CMMC
• Lead and mentor both Junior and Senior IT personnel
• Set clear objectives and performance benchmarks for the IT department
• Cultivate a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Manage partnerships with third-party network service providers
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled and regularly assessed
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects throughout the organization
• Guarantee timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scopes and timelines
• Oversee user security, access rights, and permissions for ERP/project management platforms like Viewpoint (Vista)
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and system backups
