Salary: $86,000 - 126,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a masters degree is preferred.
• We value professional certifications such as PMP, CCNA, CompTIA, or Network+.
• We are looking for at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Director or Senior Manager of IT in the hospitality, gaming, and/or restaurant industries, supporting more than 1,000 employees across multiple locations.
• We need application-level knowledge and troubleshooting ability with common network protocols, including DHCP, DNS, FTP, TCP/IP, UDP, and VPN.
• We expect familiarity with SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of SaaS environments, including network and data flow considerations.
• We require experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, along with administration experience on Windows Server platforms, including ADFS and Entra.
• We need the ability to select, build, maintain, and test backup and recovery systems for mission-critical data and systems.
• We expect familiarity with current POS systems and the ability to collaborate with a WebDev team on API integrations.
• We require in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure, and cybersecurity frameworks, with a strong understanding of gaming and hospitality technology.
• We are seeking a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• We want demonstrated ability to build and guide high-performing teams while fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• We need excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
• We require strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and evaluate risk effectively.
• We expect strong familiarity with gaming regulations, compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, and industry best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
• We need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take a proactive approach to emerging technologies and industry trends.
• We require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays to respond to on-call IT emergencies.
• We require the ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.
• We require the ability to submit to and pass a background check and drug test.
• We require the physical ability to work with a broad range of electronic testing and diagnostic repair equipment, including low- and high-voltage systems.
• We require the ability to work in the casino environment with exposure to crowds, noise, smoke, and related hazards.
• We require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 250 pounds as needed.
• We require the ability to work with radio frequency, high-voltage, and electronic diagnostic and repair equipment, including oscilloscopes, monitor pattern generators, EPROM checker-programmers, SYNKROS systems, machine testers, power supply testers, probes, soldering stations, heat guns, tube rejuvenators, emulator processors, and hand tools.

• We will have you develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with our business objectives so technology supports operations and improves guest experiences.
• We will have you oversee IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, networks, systems, and databases to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• We will have you create and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for company-wide IT infrastructure.
• We will have you evaluate our current technology stack, recommend unified solutions across departments, and help shape our technology roadmap.
• We will have you lead the design and rollout of cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive data and meet regulatory and industry requirements.
• We will have you direct IT projects from start to finish, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
• We will have you build and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation and service oversight.
• We will have you recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• We will have you develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
• We will have you ensure compliance with gaming regulations and industry standards, while conducting regular audits and system assessments.
