Role Overview Envoy's Cadet Program is designed to help promising university and commercial flight school student pilots make a smooth transition from the classroom to the regional flight deck. Once employed as a Flight Instructor at one of Envoy's affiliate programmes, cadets may be offered financial assistance and are given a guaranteed path to becoming an Envoy First Officer.
